Applying Design Process to organizational strategy has challenges and benefits. Examples of Abeo's work in this area include: MOCA Cleveland - The organization was transitioning from it's long-time home to a new iconic facility. During this time, they sought to rethink their interaction with the community. Our team developed a process rooted in game play, to promote ideation and build positive collaboration within the management team. The process was seen as so successful, that the process extended to the board of directors. Dan's Guide to Design Thinking - Used as part of a Design Thinking Lecture, the notes seek to demystify the process and make it accessible. Using a simple & familiar prop, the focusing on key ideas, concepts are easier to embrace by a wide audience.
